All products come with a Lifetime Replacement Warranty for manufacturer’s defects. If you do have one of our products that have a Defect or an electrical problem you may return with no limits on time for a replacement.
Scentsy also has a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee which states that if a customer is dissatisfied with any Scentsy Family product, the customer may return the product to the Consultant within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or replacement.
If an item arrives damaged in shipping from Scentsy directly, let us know as soon as possible so a replacement can be issued.

We have a LIFETIME WARRANTY against the electrical system. Your Consultant you purchased it from, if not us, can help you get this taken care of. If the warmer you have is no longer available you get to choose one in the same price range of what our current stock is.
