Scentsy Incentive Trip 2012 in Punta Cana the Dominican Republic

We just got back from the yearly Scentsy Incentive trip. This years vacation took place in Punta Cana Dominican Republic at the Hard Rock Cafe Resort and Spa. All Expenses Paid! Including Airfare! What an amazing trip! Every year Scentsy has a contest that is easily attainable from just about anyone. So far this is our third Incentive Trip that we’ve won from Scentsy.

We were lucky enough to win the Suite Upgrade and Free Spa day also for being one of the top earners. Scentsy and the Hard Rock Resort really took care of us. It was a long trip from Seattle Washington. We flew to Dallas Texas and then onward to Punta Cana. It took 15 hrs to get there but it was worth the travel time. We had no idea what to expect, except we knew it was on Scentsy and it was gonna be Awesome! When we arrived at the resort we were floored at the suite upgrade we received. Our two room suite had a full Bar, sunken in living room, 1 bedroom that included a King Size bed with a sunken in 2 person jacuzzi hot tub, and a double wide deck overlooking the entire resort!

On the first day we of course visited the beach. As you can see from the picture below the beach was incredible. Look at how clear the water was! After some time at the beach we of course had to visit one of the many pools with a swim up bar. We spent most of the day here then went out in the evening to sing Karoke with several of our team members and our Scentsy Family.

The second day included Golf for me. and Relaxing by the pool for Wendy. I got the opportunity to play one of the best Golf Couses I’ve ever played. I played Golf with 3 Scentsy Consultant husbands all of whom I met in Cancun at our Scentsy Leadership retreat in January 2012. What a great time we had. The service there was amazing. The snack and beverage cart followed us all day long and kept us well hydrated as it was Blazing Hot and Humid! I played pretty well and shot an 89. Really good for me 🙂 I got back to the room got showered and met up with Wendy then we went and had dinner with one of our Scentsy Consultants from Canada and her husband then we spent the rest of the night drinking and partying with them.

The third day was our Scheduled Spa Day and Snuba Excursion. The Spa was an oasis! Work out, chill out, bliss out. Whatever ‘out’ you’re into, had us covered. covered with three seriously rocking, seriously different spa experiences. From a spa experience highlighted by unique and invigorating features like the innovative ice room and the most complete hydrotherapy circuit in the Caribbean, to one of the most elaborate fitness centers you’ll find at any resort, it’s kind of hard to pick just one. We visited them all! Later in the day we went on our Snuba excursion. We spent the rest of the afternoon on a boat snorkeling riding small speed boats and learned how to Snuba. Definitely a must when you visit the Dominican Republic. That night was the Scentsy 70’s / 80’s Theme Night. Scentsy reserved the entire ballroom for all 1500 of us Scentsy Consultants and we danced and Rocked out all night long with friends and met a lot of new ones!

Day four was a relaxed day for us. We visited the world renowned Eden Pool. European-style bathing (yes, that means what you think it means) with a sophisticated pulse, Eden is the place to go if you want to take in the sun somewhere a little more exclusive. They had the best service! We drank and snacked all day on beer, sushi and incredibly delicious Rice Balls. That night was of course accopmanied by spending more time and fun with all of our Scentsy Friends!

This trip was incredible. It is attainable every year by anyone who Joins Scentsy. Next years incentive trip will be announced in July at Scentsy Convention.  Would you want to join us?
