Congratulations to Thea P. – You are officially a Scentsy Consultant!
This is honestly the story of someone who is deeply passionate about Scentsy. Thea first contacted us almost a month ago. When she first called we were on the phone for about an hour. Thea had been introduced to Scentsy last summer through a friend. She fell in love with the products and had made the decision to Join Scentsy but wanted to interview several Scentsy Sponsors to find the right fit. She’d been researching Scentsy for months and had already called, emailed and spoken to quite a few Scentsy Directors. We had a great chat and she asked me some really great and well thought out questions. I told her she was wise to interview consultants because this is a business and it should be taken seriously and…once you join you can’t change sponsors. She thanked me for my time and told me that I’d be hearing back from her.
A few days later she called back with some additional questions. A few days after that… I heard from Thea again. Then, 10 days passed without hearing from Thea so I assumed that she’d chosen to go with another Sponsor. I was very pleasantly surprised when I heard from her on Monday saying that she was trying to sign up on our website and was having a problem…could I help her? YOU BET!
We chatted for a bit and planned to talk later in the night after she left work. I walked her through the process and we chatted throughout. When she saw her Consultant ID # she started crying. She was so happy to finally have her dream come true. She then told me that she’s been dreaming of this day for months and to finally find the right sponsor and have the assistance she needs to succeed with her new Scentsy business meant the world to her.
She was even more excited when I showed her how to find her Scentsy Website. Thea squealed with delight at seeing her name in print online and seeing her dream realized. She even went so far as to say, “after having her children, this, was the best day of her life!” How sweet is that? I was teary eyed too!
Truly, Thea touched me. I want to be the best sponsor for her since she spent months searching for one. I want to see her succeed and help her make her dreams come true. We are honored to be her Scentsy Sponsors and to participate in her journey. I can’t wait to follow up with a post in the future about Thea and all that she’s accomplished for herself!
